I'm also a mum, a wife, a sister, daughter and friend. Perhaps, just like you. I yoga, garden, run and make chutney. I'm a self confessed addict to learning. And now I'm a 'zoomer' (adversities like a global virus are always a chance to learn!).
Life is a practice not a perfect, and I've been 'there' too.
I ‘saved my own life’ through my own bloody, sweaty and teary life experiences and bruises! 25 years in a corporate environment, helping organisations flourish at the highest level. But also seeing too many people - including myself - punish themselves in that 'pursuit for profit', and live with regret because they aren't being who they want to be, or even who they really are. Too busy trying to be perfect, avoid rejection or make themselves better than others. Rather than simply being better, happier, more courageous in themselves every day. Definitely me.
I became curious - after realising that my two most precious resources - my time and my attention - were being pulled in different directions and I wasn't holding the strings! And that my physical health was suffering as a result of my mental health (25 weeks in one year on antibiotics or steroids for stress related ailments - yup, that was a clue!).
I had to do something! So I jumped - in several areas of my life which is a whole separate story! I studied, practiced and transformed my life. I deserved it. That's the short version of my story.

ONE we promise transform
We take our promise to ‘transform’ seriously, literally, practically. We move beyond just giving you information hoping you’ll change ‘something’. Instead we help you answer the question: “why do we do what we do when we know what we know?”. FOUR we combine mindfulness and resilience
We believe neither should be practiced in isolation. The difference between an average life and an extraordinary life, is one’s perception and one’s response to life. That about sums up mindfulness & resilience: when we are present and observe our thoughts without judgement (mindfulness), we are better able to protect our attention and cope (resilience). Which means we live mindfully, deliberately and we bounce back from the rough stuff boldly!
SEVEN we work with ‘all sorts’
We've worked with NGOs, lawyers, inmates, counsellors, refugees, boards, professional services, ex-prisoners, school teachers, students, community organisations, builders, manufacturing and individuals. Because regardless of what we do or where we're from, none of us is immune from adversity. Which means we are adaptable, flexible and compassionate to you all.
I spent 25 years in the corporate sector during which I stressed and strived to “have it all”. After the inevitable burnout, I commenced my own rebuilding and reconnecting journey. Which means I bring the whole of myself to my work. I encourage you to share your stories too to create a, rich and memorable experience.
FIVE we set out to become redundant
Sound odd? It’s our mission to do such a great job, that you’re carving out your own journey, on your own. We’ll give you a comprehensive handbook/workbook, and we fill your kete by providing a complete toolbox of strategies and practices. Which means you have plenty to refer to and draw upon - not just an abstract set of powerpoint slides - as your transformation journey continues beyond the classroom.
THREE we honour your uniqueness
We don’t have a one-hit-wonder answer for you. Rather, we’re curious about you and help you reveal your roadblocks and what works for you. We acknowledge that what works for one may not work for another. Which means we have plenty to draw upon so we can help you find what fits for you individually and your team as a whole.
We invest time upfront to listen to you tell us about your culture, your people and your needs. We can then work together to determine a fit, and what may work for you.
SIX I’m “never done" learning
I’ve been practicing mindfulness and resilience for years. First as a matter of survival and necessity, then as a hobby, and now as a passion to transform others’ lives the way I am transforming mine. Honestly, I’m addicted to learning – my value of being curious and learning and growing stands true. Which means you’ll always be getting fresh, proven and ‘the real’ material.
For example: even while I was living the corporate version of my life I attended Google's Search Inside Yourself, Mindful Leaders, Start With You Resilience, Coach Approach, Navigational Conversations, Life Coaching and more! Since then? Positive Psychology's Realizing Resilience, Ovio, MBSR, ICF Coaching, Mindset Reset, Adult & Tertiary Learning... yup, fair to say it's an addiction!
